Daily Responsibilities of the LCSW/ LPC:

* Work with patients on identifying financial resources and social resources

* Educate and help patients plan for expenses or treatments

* Communicate and document patients case activity, through a computer system to ensure completion and accuracy of patient records

Requirements of the LCSW / LPC:

* 1-year experience of Social Work in a clinical setting, preferred, but not required

* Licensed required

* Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field required
